The 8 villa zante are situated within the large private Aresti
grounds. Each has private pool bordered by a colourful garden with lemon and orange
trees, roses, bougainvillaea and jasmine. Private terraces look out over the surrounding
landscape of silver olive trees.
With their gleaming pine ceilings, exposed
stone walls and smart ceramic floor tiles, the interiors are welcoming and attractive.
They are decoraded with loving care by Mrs Stamiri. Furnishings - from
beautiful carved wooden sofas to stylish wrought-iron dining chairs and bedsteads
-are carefully chosen. Some are original antiques and other custom made at local
workshops. The gravures of the old Zante are exceptional. |
